FOUNDER AND HEAD PLANNER
Meet Kelly
Kelly Roldo is the Owner and Lead Planner for Meant2Be Weddings & Events. She has been creating precious moments & memories since she herself was married 20 years ago. Planning her wedding kicked off a passion for creating beautiful & memorable events for her family & friends.
During the years her two children were young, Kelly began planning & coordinating fundraising events for their school. She helped raise funds to have a playground built for the school community. It was clear to her then that this is a passion that she would continue to explore.
Fast forward a few years and Kelly is a successful event planner for an elite golf course & event venue. This experience has given Kelly the ability to focus on the finest details and offer elevated experiences, to create unforgettable events. Kelly plans and executes weddings, bridal/baby showers, anniversary celebrations, corporate meetings & gala events as well as high-end golf tournaments that offer a premium experience for players, sponsors, and guests alike.
Kelly takes pride in getting to know her clients, their needs & expectations in order to provide a “concierge level” of service. Kelly is an out-going and very friendly person that puts others at ease in all situations. She prides herself on taking charge with a smile, keeping calm and problem solving in moments that can feel stressful or when the unexpected happens.
Kelly is the Mom of two teenagers and “Dog Mom” to two fur babies. She is an avid reader, herbal tea connoisseur and yoga enthusiast. Kelly is excited to launch her new business and provide her services throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.

Whether it's exploring new ideas, taking a DIY approach, or creating a precise timeline, she's ready for the challenge.

The Setup Package
Need help setting up your event decor? We make it easy, with our set up and tear down service. The service is perfect for D-I-Y couples who don't want the stress of setting up on the day of.
We take care of the details so you can enjoy your beautifully planned event. We will have an in-person or virtual call to discuss the scope of the setup so we can provide an accurate quote for your project.

Day of Service
This package is perfect if you’ve planned everything and now want to relax and enjoy your day. About 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we start by having you upload your files to our prepared Google Drive. After our initial meeting (virtual or in-person), we review your contracts and itinerary, making expert suggestions if needed to ensure a smooth day. We coordinate with your vendors and provide them with all necessary details.
On your wedding day, our Lead Planner and Assistant Planner will be there for 10 hours to oversee everything, set up your personal items, and organize wedding day photography (bridal and family).
Our Lead Planner attends your rehearsal to finalize details. We handle all communication with vendors and the venue, fully supporting you on your day!

The Planning Package
This package is designed for those who booked most of their vendors, but need advice and professional support to bring their vision to life. We help find the best vendors and recommend our favourites that fit your style, budget, and add that extra element of amazingness to your day!
Our Lead Planner will meet with you to discuss your vision and expectations for the day, and find out which outstanding services or vendors you require. Then we will review your contracts and craft an itinerary for your wedding, to ensure the day flows like your veil in the wind.
The final steps include us meeting to discuss and review the itinerary and make adjustments if needed. We will be the contact person for all of your questions and concerns and will always consult you on big decisions... so you don't have to worry about the little things.
This includes all services described in our Day Of Serivce.

The Premium Package
This package is for if you are the CEO of this wedding! We are here to work for you – to bring your vision to life!! We meet and plan as a team with you at the helm, making the decisions with none of the admin work that goes along with it. We are here for YOU - to write emails, make phone calls, attend meetings with vendors, keep track of your guest list & RSVPs if that’s what you need from us!
We cater to your specific needs to make you feel extra special while creating a fabulous wedding experience for you and your guests.
This includes all services described in The Planning Package.

The Dream Package
This package is fully customizable for weddings and events in non-traditional spaces. Dreaming of a magical ceremony in the woods or a celebration at the top of a ski hill? We’ve planned incredible events in unique locations, and we know they come with extra needs—like servers, bartenders, and hosts to keep everything running smoothly.
Once we meet and understand your goals, we’ll provide a custom quote designed to cover every detail, so your day is seamless from start to finish.
We’ll also handle the logistics you might not have thought of, like permits for tents, liquor, or parking, depending on local requirements. Wherever your dream location is, we’re here to make it happen!

The Premium Day of Service Package
The service begins 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding date, including an onboarding consultation, followed by 2-3 virtual planning meetings.
The service covers the completion of the floor plan and timeline, both supplied by the venue, as well as the review and finalization of a detailed wedding day itinerary, which the client is responsible for preparing.
A final venue details meeting ensures all logistics are in place. Vendor coordination and confirmations are handled to streamline the event. Ceremony rehearsal attendance and coordination are included for onsite ceremonies, while an additional fee applies for coordinating ceremonies at an alternate location.
On the wedding day, the service includes 8 hours of management with the lead planner. The team sets up personal items at the ceremony and reception sites, including programs, reserved seating, favours, place cards, picture frames, and more.

The Platinum Day of Service Package
The service begins 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding date and includes an onboarding consultation plus 2-3 virtual planning meetings to go over key details.
A vendor contract review is included to ensure all agreements align with the event's needs. The service also covers the completion of the floor plan and timeline, both provided by the venue, as well as the review and finalization of a detailed wedding day itinerary, which the client is responsible for preparing.
Final venue details meeting is scheduled to confirm all logistics. Vendor coordination and confirmations are handled to ensure seamless execution. Ceremony rehearsal attendance and coordination are included for onsite ceremonies, while an additional fee applies for coordinating ceremonies at an alternate location.
On the wedding day, the service includes 8 hours of management with both the lead planner and an assistant planner. The team will set up personal items at the ceremony and reception sites, such as programs, reserved seating, favours, place cards, and picture frames. Additionally, they will provide supervision and assistance with all onsite photography.
